Make sure you have an active internet connection and have entered a valid 5-digit US ZIP code. If the problem persists, close and reopen the app. Pollen data is cached once per day so if you've already loaded it today it won't re-fetch unnecessarily.
Your risk score unlocks after you have logged symptoms on 7 different days. This ensures the score is based on enough personal data to be meaningful. A progress bar on the home screen shows how many days you've logged.
Personal Insights in the History tab unlock after 5 days of logging. The more consistently you log, the more accurate your insights become.
Go to Settings → tap "Clear All My Data". This permanently deletes all symptom logs and preferences from your device. This action cannot be undone.

This Privacy Policy describes how PollenIQ handles information when you use our app. By using PollenIQ, you agree to the practices described here.
PollenIQ collects only the information you directly provide: a location (ZIP code) and the symptom logs you create. We do not require account registration, and no data is collected in the background.
Your ZIP code is sent to Google Pollen API and OpenStreetMap via our proxy server to retrieve pollen forecasts. We do not store your location on our servers.
All symptom logs and preferences are stored locally on your device only. They are never uploaded to any server. You can delete all data at any time in Settings.
The Allergy Risk Score is generated by an algorithmic formula based entirely on the data you provide. It is not a clinical assessment and should not be used to make health or treatment decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.
PollenIQ is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All content is for general informational purposes only.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pollen data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be subject to inaccuracies or outages beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PollenIQ and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on pollen data or risk scores.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Location inputs are transmitted to Google Pollen API and OpenStreetMap solely to provide pollen forecasts.
